Q: Can I make a purchase?

Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: Currently, you can pay through PayPal or Payoneer on our website. We accept local bank transfers only from accounts in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan. For Payoneer and local bank transfers, please inquire for further information.
Q: Can I buy toy guns?
A: Currently, it is difficult to pass whole toy guns through customs. We recommend splitting the toy guns and sending them separately in 2-3 parcels. We will use the simplest method to split the toy guns to make it easy for you to assemble them upon receiving them. If the split toy guns still cannot pass through customs and are returned, we will pay for the second shipment. Usually, the second shipment passes through customs. Q: How long will it take to receive my purchase?
A: Due to overseas shipping, delivery time is usually 14-21 business days. Some rare toy gun parts or colors may be difficult to find, which may cause a longer wait. We recommend purchasing in advance.
Q: Do I need to pay customs duties?
A: We are not responsible for paying customs duties, but we generally declare the customs value as the cost price. If the declared customs value is lower, customs duties usually will not be charged.
Q: Where can I track my package with the tracking number provided?
